The sponsor is the husband on a job visa in the UAE. If the wife has a work visa, she also can be the sponsor.
Yes. The minimum salary to get family visa is 4000 dirhams. Or there should have a salary of 3000 and accommodation provided by the company. If there is a company accommodation, its lease/tenancy contract is required.
Spouse and children of the sponsor usually get the visa. If the sponsor's salary is above 20000 dirhams, father and mother can also get visa.

Yes. It is possible. Even if the sponsor's visa is with less validity, the family visa will be valid for a new period of two years from the date of renewal/stamping.
No. Children up to the age of 18 do not need a medical test. But it is required after completing 18 years.
Biometric is not required for renewal. Children are required to do biometrics only on their first renewal after completing 15 years of age.
Entry permit is valid for 60 days. The closing date will be mentioned in the entry permit. If you do not enter the country by this date, the entry permit will be invalid.
The validity of Inside Entry Permit is 60 days. The process of change status should be done after getting Inside Entry Permit. This is the process of switching from an existing visit visa or a canceled visa to a new entry permit. Change status must be done before the current visa expires. Otherwise, a penalty of 50 Dirham’s will be charged for each day in excess.
Medical, Emirates ID and visa stamping processes are required after entering the country. These processes must be done within sixty days of entering the country, or within sixty days of completing a change of status. If not, you will have to pay a fine of 50 Dirhams for each additional day.
